Workday Transactions Freeze June - July 2025

A freeze on specific Workday transactions will be in effect from June 06 EOD through July 2, 2025 EOD. This freeze is critical to ensure a smooth transition and data accuracy during the system cutover. During this period, do not initiate new transactions. If you have inbox items initiated before June 6, please complete those tasks timely to ensure the process is finalized before June 14th.

California Time Tracking

California (CA) hourly student employees must engage in real-time entry and cannot self-report time retroactively. Workday has been configured to calculate Payroll based on time entered to the minute and student employees will need to clock in and out at the start and end of their shift.

Timesheet changes must be completed by supervisor after submitting a timesheet change request, either by the student employee or the supervisor.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Student employees are paid on a biweekly payroll schedule! Please see our student payroll dates and plan accordingly.
