Student Employees and their Supervisors!

The National Student Employment Association declared the second week in April each year be set aside to recognize the value of student employment in higher education. We encourage you to take the time to recognize students employees who show outstanding work ethics and skills and student supervisors who exemplify professional standards and provide mentorship.

We held our 2024 celebration of National Student Employment Week on April 7 – 13. We hope that you were able to join us in celebrating our student employees during this week and show them appreciation and recognition for their effort and time! We also thank YOU, the employer, who hires and supports student employment on- or off-campus.

To prepare for the week throughout different campuses and offices, we provided a list below of fun and affordable ideas to show appreciation. You can decide what your office is going to do to celebrate based on your own office environment and budget (not limited to the list).
