We want to inform you about an upcoming Workday maintenance window that will result in a complete system blackout intermittently heading into the upcoming weekend.

Blackout Details 

• First wave
  • Start: Thursday, October 3, at 6 p.m. ET  
  • End: Thursday, October 3, at midnight ET 
• Second wave
  • Start: Saturday, October 5, at 9 a.m. ET 
  • End: Sunday, October 6, at 3 p.m. ET 

Key Information 

• Student Timesheet Deadline: During the outage, students won’t be able to submit their time entries in Workday. The student timesheet submission deadline because of this downtime is Monday, October 7, at 2 p.m. 
• Student Employees: Remember to submit your timesheets promptly after downtime ends to meet the new timesheet submission deadline for the week of September 29 – October 5.
