
A freeze on specific HR transactions will be in effect from June 06 EOD through July 2, 2025 EOD. This freeze is critical to ensure a smooth transition and data accuracy during the system cutover.
Transactions that should not be initiated during the freeze period include:
- Org Assignment Changes (e.g., default Banner index, home org)
- Hire
- Add Job
- Job Changes (Transfers, Promotions, Data Changes, Lateral Moves, etc.)
- Costing Allocations or PDCs
- Position Management (Create, Close, Edit positions)
- Job Requisitions (Create, Edit, Move Job requisitions)
- Move Worker
- Supervisory Orgs (Create, Edit)
- One-Time Payments effective after 06/30/2025
- Terminations – unless urgent effective before 06/30
- Payment Election Changes (London only – No impact to US/Canada)
- Switch Primary Job
- Compensation Changes
- Period Activity Pay
What you need to do before the freeze:
Process and bring to completion ( all approvals) any needed transactions by June 6th. This includes obtaining all necessary approvals and completing related sub-processes.
Hold off initiating anything effective dated on or after 07/01/2025.
During the freeze:
Do not initiate new transactions listed above. However, if you have inbox items for transactions that were initiated before June 06, please complete those tasks timely to ensure the process is finalized before June 14th.

Transactions may resume as normal starting July 3, 2025.
